Disliked: The bathroom I had to complaint about the cleanliness. Looked dirty and dusty . Room need to be updated. Smelled old. We came into a room house phone and tv didn’t work: maintenance man was Super nice to us.kudos to him.Also bookings.com did not contact me back about this place. My journey from Wisconsin to Illinois to here was horrible and I tried to keep them informed but when you get a room that bathroom which has old dead bugs in shower,maybe wheel marks from a wheelchair Ect left in it makes you wonder what happen to it since last time I came here! Want money back.or some type of compensation for this.

Liked: I was in room 147 and woke up to bugs i except to be compensated for it or i will do a charge back with my bank and show them this video! Attached. How can you charge 111.00 for this filthy place I'll also do a review if I don't hear from you today

Very disappointing, do not recommend.

Liked: The only thing I liked about this place was that it met the bare minimum standards of four walls and a roof over my head.
Disliked: The floors were sticky. My neighbors were super loud, having screaming arguments and blasting music until the wee hours of the morning. The mini fridge in my room made a constant high-pitched screeching noise. The room smelled kinda gross.
