Great location, big tub not...

Liked: The location of the hotel was great and the front desk staff was very kind.
Disliked: We paid for a jacuzzi tub/spa tub but the jets didn’t work. We were told they are doing away with them and was offered to go to another room that they “might” work in. We didn’t want to move everything for “might work”. Also, we couldn’t control the temperature in our room. It was too hot and hard to sleep. The breakfast juices were out as well.

Liked: The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating .
Disliked: I was very disappointed in the property. The rooms are so old and outdated. We had to be changed because there was a hole straight through the wall of the first room We were in. The door knobs in the bathroom and tub fixtures were covered in what could only be mold, we found cockroaches in the closet, I was very disappointed.We have stayed at Myrtle Beach north La Quinta before and were very happy with it. This trip was not the same. The bed was terribly uncomfortable, and La Quinta beds were always comfortable. Well, unfortunately, we will never stay there again.

Disliked: the ceiling wasn't cleaned the bathroom mirror was smeared ring in the sink it just need a deep cleaning that's all
