Disliked: They wanted my drivers license and phone number in addition to credit card. No hotel ever asks that. Could hear people in the other room.

Liked: We didn’t eat breakfast but the area was great and the customer service.
Disliked: When we walked in the room we noticed a stain on the rug that was decent sized and we had a roach come across our floor.

Disliked: I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding the condition of my recent stay at La Quinta Inn & Suite by Wyndham Norfolk 1387 N Military Highway on 01/22 - 01/23, I booked two rooms which were 312 and 316.1. The presence of bedbugs and cockroaches in 3122. Unsanitary items such as a wig or hair left in the room 316These issues are serious health and safety concerns that should not occur at any hotel, let alone one under your brand. I brought this matter to the attention of your reception staff and the manager on duty; however, no assistance or resolution was offered, leaving me extremely dissatisfied and distressed during my stay.
