Disliked: They wanted my drivers license and phone number in addition to credit card. No hotel ever asks that. Could hear people in the other room.

Liked: The staff was wonderful. Very polite and ready to help. The breakfast was really good and there was a nice variety. The bed was way too soft and the pillows were too soft as well. We just missed our own bed. The problem was our neighbors. There were at least three kids and a baby. And they were really loud.
Disliked: The neighbors were really loud and annoying. Kept beating on the walls and yelling. The baby screamed and cried. The adult yelled. We were told that they were told to quiet down. It sounded like someone was getting beat. We thought that they left our last night until we got in bed and it started all over again.

A comfortable and convenient place...

Liked: The location was perfect for our needs. The breakfast was good and was quite complete with a variety of choices. It was quiet. The price was a good value.
Disliked: We didn’t expect a lot of room maintenance but, except for making the bed once in our 3-night stay, no other service was done. We had to ask for daily replenishment of all amenities such as shampoo, coffee, cups and glasses. The front desk did have a supply we could pick up.
