Very poor

Liked: Staff was friendly. Close to IHOP for breakfast.
Disliked: Smell of the room. Room and bathroom not clean. Front desk didn't know to call the shuttle for our cruise. We called three different cab companies and waited for more than an hour before being told the hotel calls a shuttle. Still waiting.
