Disliked: Toileteries not changed during 3 days Power cut without generator for many hours

Overall the stay was fine...

Liked: The facilities provided were good including TV, free WiFi, Refrigerator, cooler/heater, coffee maker.
Disliked: The room's cleanliness was not good. The breakfast had limited options, and there was no facility to warm the milk. Many a times, the toiletries including towels had to be self-carried into the room. It had to be reminded to the front desk to replenish the same and there was little effort from the staff to get it done by themselves.

Disliked: The room they gave me in the fist day had a very bad smell and I had a terrible night that day. I changed the room, and got fine. Please work on removing this bad smell from some of the rooms, very awkward

Disliked: The rooms where outdated and not like online photos and when I arrived to my room it smelled like heavy smoke and the best wasn’t properly cleaned I had to go get sanitizer and air freshener to be able to sleep.

Disliked: Several items was missing from the room, door lock was almost broken off the door

Bad

Liked: very vary darty hotel not even good for animals, hand sink not working bath top very darty mold in the walls and the ciling next time i wont sleep there not even for free, i will contac the health dept to go check the place.
Disliked: nothing
