The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and fresh and the location was easy to access!

Pay for parking, the free...

Liked: I didn’t, because I used booking I was charged more than if I would have just booked through the property. However the staff at the breakfast counter was very sweet.
Disliked: Location was sketchy, I paid more than I should have, they didn’t clean in between stays, they ac leaked near electrical wires, the furniture was broken, the shower didn’t stay one temperature, the rooms were not conjoined like we were led to believe when booking, it smelled of mold, the pictures were distorted from humidity, I didn’t have enough towels, the pillows were inconsistent but flat and lumpy, the hinges were rusted, very disgusted with the condition, it wasn’t worth the free parking.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed...

Liked: Not much bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. Bedspread had stains.
Disliked: Elevator broken, phone didn’t work, got shock from plug in, stair carpet extremely dirty, room carpet somewhat better. Couldn’t find remote for tv. Bathtub had red residue of some kind didn’t investigate further. Area seemed sketchy. Breakfast was OK.

Disappointing

Liked: Under renovation, badly needed. Staff was really nice!
Disliked: Price. Hiked up for the Taylor Swift concert--didn't know that or we could have gone at different time. $375. for one night!!

Liked: The girl at the front desk was super nice.
Disliked: Hotel seemed a little disorganized. She had tried to put us in 5 different rooms before finally landing one. Different bad reasons for all of them. First room had a roach on the floor as soon as we walked in.

Disliked: Cleanliness. They had dirty towels from previous customers, and trash weren’t picked up. Toilet didn’t flush properly. Amenities didn’t work properly, either.

Liked: N/A
Disliked: Room was filty. We were given one towel for four people, and told to “come back the next day” to get more. There was a cigarette burn on the sheets, and the shower didn’t drain properly. The staff seemed nice, but the place was awful and so so dirty.
