The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and fresh and the location was easy to access!

Liked: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! First room had no water pressure, tv didn’t work and stains on blankets. They move us after complaining just to an even worse room, broken furniture, dirty restroom and again tv not working I had to mess with the cords to get the tv to work. We had 2 adults and 2 kids staying in the room and they gave us 1 towel for all of us we asked for more towels the rude female at desk said she wanted the extra towels back after use if not it was $50 per towel. The entire place is not cared for it’s dirty and not maintained at all. We paid for 2 nights it was so bad that we didn’t care if we paid for the 2 nights we left and got a much better room at holiday inn express with way better staff! WARNING DO NOT BOOK HERE! I urge you please do not bring young children here for your safety and health do not stay here! I’d give it negative stars if I could.

Disliked: The room looked like a crime scene. It was filthy and there was dried blood on the mattress. Booking has yet to provide a refund. DO NOT BOOK at this hotel.

Disliked: Horrible hotel.Rented 2 rooms for a family of 5 adults.Both rooms stunk of high hell. Had to buy Febreze to combat what seemed the intense smell of humidity and lacker/paint. Carpets dirty. Bathroom floors dirty. Water was leaking from BOTH bathroom walls. Building is in poor condition and dirty, needs painting and major maintenance. No towels in either room when we arrived. Receptionist had to go out and find whatever towels were available as even the laundry room didn't have enough.
