Liked: bed and shower were good.AC not so great, people came and took it apart and improved.Excellent location.
Disliked: Staff just terrible. Unfriendly, didn't try to help with any issues. We asked for the room to be serviced and some towels and toiletries after 2 days. They didn't service the room, not even removed the garbage, just placed the towels and toiletries on the floor by the door. Breakfast should have a few more options.

Liked: I liked the location. The staff was nice.
Disliked: The bathroom didn't appear clean. The curtains were stained, and the a/c did not work. The iron even stopped working, but we were able to get a replacement.

This was a great hotel...

Liked: I loved the location, it was very central. Only used uber to take us to and from the airport. Everything was walking distance. The staff was great! Room service was great! The hotel was nice and clean.
Disliked: Very minor stuff. The wifi was terrible. The TV/remote wouldn’t let us put the volume up or down and we couldn’t connect to chromecast. The 9th floor ice maker didn’t work.

Disliked: The room was great but behind the bed was dirty and what ever y'all washing with made my skin itchy and they had hair on the bed I clean everything myself
