Liked: No key rooms avalible for 2 days, no housekeeping revicoes, never went to change dirty towal on the room

No more La Quinta!

Liked: Location was what we needed.
Disliked: No hot water in the morning so had to go to our event with no shower. Didn't get a courtesy call or any warning. We were charged additional than advertised and given no explanation of why. I have a receipt that showed no additional charges yet I was charged for something.

We couldnt take a shower...

Liked: The property is very nice. We loved how it’s located near everything. The rooms are huge.
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that we had no hot water to shower with. I spoke with front desk about the situation and the young lady that was working had an attitude towards me.

Disliked: Key card machine wasn’t working so staff had to let us on the elevators and in our rooms. Refrigerator wouldn’t cook. Housekeeping didn’t do a good job.
