Disliked: I had a really rude member of staff called kalisha who when i raised the issue of the bar closing by 8p and i was unable to use my complimentary drinks ticket . She was extremely rude, shouting in my face and then stormed off. I asked for her name and she then stated. It's ok the managers know I'm rude and won't do anything about it.

Liked: The location is good and makes up for the internet and service which are very bad. The room is spacious, which also makes up for the fact that the room was only cleaned once during a 5-day stay.
Disliked: I had an extremely disappointing experience at La Quinta. I forgot my AirPods in the room after checkout and realized it at the airport. I immediately called the hotel to report the issue. To my shock, the receptionist rudely told me to call back the next day when housekeeping would be available and then hung up on me.Frustrated, I contacted customer service, but they were completely unhelpful. All they could do was log my complaint, which I did. The next day, I called the hotel again, and a woman promised to look into it and call me back. I’m still waiting for that call.The moral of the story: don’t leave anything behind at La Quinta, because you’ll never see it again. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer concerns is unacceptable. I expected better.

Liked: really nice property right next to a covered parking garage! it’s not theirs but right at same price for less distance to car! pay with tag number and car was secure! walking distance to every thing you want to do! casinos and river front shopping 10 minute walk and so is french quarter about 15 minute walk! safe neighborhood! great little restaurant and cafes and 2 block’s from original cafe for Beignet
Disliked: breakfast was horrible and so salty couldn’t eat…. left and went across street for breakfast
