Disliked: They cancel my room before I made it and didn't call me. I found out my room was canceled wen I made it. They downgraded My room from a king suite to just a regular king for the same price!

Liked: The location
Disliked: The doors did not lock when closed. In fact, when we shut it, it would open by itself. The room across from ours did the same and someone broke into the room and stole luggage and personal belongings. There are no cameras in the hallway. We did let the front desk know and the maintenance person fixed our door but we still worried about it staying locked something I don’t think we should have to worry about. This caused unnecessary stress while on vacation.Check in was also very interesting, they don’t tell you about the option to add parking fees to your invoice. You are only given a sheet of paper of do’s and don’ts and that’s when you find out about the parking fees. No verbal communication from the clerk is given. The rooms need to be updated, the TV didn’t work, the staff was ok. Overall, I don’t think I would recommend this hotel to others for safety reasons.

Convenient and affordable

Liked: Breakfast was ok. Only had herbal tea for six days. People want caffeine in the morning. Good location. Rooms were clean.
Disliked: Only one elevater was working for six days. The tv would blank out or freeze alot.
