Yuck!

Liked: The location was convenient for us (and that's the only reason why one would stay here)
Disliked: This place is filthy and doesn't meet the La Quinta standards at all. Ants all over the place, charger damaged by the power outlet, almost electrocuted. Only 1 working elevator for the whole hotel. Charged the $75 deposit for no reason. GM Cory Jackson was very unprofessional in dealing with problems. He couldn't care less.

Will never stay here again

Disliked: It was not worth my money at all my tv didn’t work called front desk to see what was the problem no one answered Ice machine didn’t work no one told us we had to go back to first floor for ice went the next morning to inform front desk they sent maintenance to look at tv it was not even plugged in the guy had to move the dresser to look figure out it was my plugged In even after that it was stuck on Netflix remote didn’t even work the toilet was nasty look like rust was settled in the bottom if I didn’t know better I would have thought somebody took a number 2 breakfast was definitely a joke I would never recommend or stay in this property again and I visit New Orleans very frequently

Disliked: Needed a hotel near the hospital for a procedure in the morning.We drove in from Florida arriving around 1520.During check in, I was told they charge an add $75 billed to the room and refunded after check out.Then to be told I had to pay for parking thru some app for the Airport was complete BS. It was not disclosed on the Booking.com page for this hotel.I looked at the hotel page just now and found the charged parking referenced in the policies page for the hotel instead of making guests aware with full disclosure of this ridiculous charge on the home page before they choose to book this place.Elevators are ancient and take forever, smelling of funk and BO.As soon as we walked into the room the smell of Mildew slapped us in the face.The only positives were a decent bed and working TV.Totally Avoid this place!Can't believe La Quinta and Wyndham claim this place.

Worst LaQuinta we have stayed...

Liked: Did not eat breakfast. Do not like hotel food. Location was convenient.
Disliked: No previous notice of paid parking and $75 deposit for incidentals. Stairs not accessible from inside hotel 1st floor, only by exterior exits. Exterior exits were not secured, leaving the hotel and guests open to trespass and violence. Only one very small elevator working. A second elevator had been out of service for a month. Air conditioner rattled all night.

Bad

Disliked: Checked in, no running water at the hotel. When the water came on our bathroom sink was clogged. Advised the front desk, they sent me to an unclean room to shave and shower. Would not stay at a La Quinta again.

Liked: Not much
Disliked: Lobby smelled awful , sketchy elevator, pay for overnight parking, facility & room not very clean

Exceptional

Liked: Everyone was friendly
Disliked: When I got checked in, I found out that we had to pay to park. I didn't know that.
