Liked: Staff was nice room was very clean and breakfast was good… Only thing I was disappointed about was that the ice machine on my floor was broken and the hot tub was dirty and was cold the heater in it was broken they said it would get fixed and it never did

Liked: I really like this place overall, but the lack of leisure was quite disappointing. I reserve this hotel, especially because of the hot tub and the relaxation time I wanted to take, but unfortunately it was not working at the time and was disappointing. I understand not having it working if we had a pool, but it was just a small tub hidden in the back of the property that was honestly quite dirty. however, the whole hotel in itself was quite beautiful. Staff was OK just never really around.

Great location, close to LB....

Liked: Facilities were dirty, smudges all over the walls and doors. Hallways had a weird smell. The room itself was a comfortable stay, just a little bit cleaner than the rest of the hotel but still needed a little TLC despite being a “clean” room. Every staff member u spoke to was very sweet and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even greeted my dogs. The staff saves this place in ratings for sure.

Liked: Just a little noisy. But after that it was great even has either net connection for work. The ultimate little sneaky get away.
