Do not stay!

Liked: There was nothing I liked about my stay here. There was however one very kind and understanding young lady at the front desk when I had all my complaints the first night. She said she would bring it up to her manager ASAP and figure out some kind of discount they could give me. She did tell the manager, but he said we would talk about it in the morning. I never seen him again. So I ended up calling booking.com instead and complaining to them. Still waiting to see what kind of compensation they give me.
Disliked: Overall this hotel is in complete disarray. It's filthy! From the moment you step foot out of your car. The parking lot was just filled with trash and cigarette butts everywhere. The entrance was in desperate need of a clean. As you walk through the hotel the carpets are filthy and stained. The only elevator was filthy and had trash that wasn't picked up for 3 days. They advertise having a Jacuzzi which is the only reason we booked this hotel because of the jacuzzi, the free breakfast, and pet friendliness. The jacuzzi did not work it wasn't even lukewarm. Jets were broken and the jacuzzi area again was full of trash that was there the day we showed up and still there the day we left. Also cigarette butts everywhere. I had spent an extra $30 to upgrade our room to the deluxe king suite that supposedly had a hot tub in it but found out none of the rooms had a hot tub. Once the manager found out I had a dog with me because I did pay an extra $50 to bring my dog, he moved our room from the king suite to the third floor which had what I believe to be poop stains on the carpet more than one and I can't help but believe that this is why he moved me to this room. And I did not get my $30 back for the upgrade that we did not get. So far, hotel is completely filthy and they don't have anyone cleaning up not even the parking lot let alone the inside. They have no jacuzzi which was really important to us. Now we are just hoping that they had a decent breakfast lol not even close! The first morning they were completely out of food by 7:30 a.m. they advertise that breakfast is from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. everyday. But at 7:30 they were completely out. When we asked one of the ladies that was cleaning up around the dining area she said sorry there's no more. I didn't even bother to complain or talk to anybody right then we went straight to a diner down the street and got breakfast. The next morning I set my alarm for 6:00 a.m.

Very poor

Liked: My room was never cleaned, the trash was never emptied or sheets or linen change. Also they charge a 100$ incidental charge that was never explained or noted on itinerary
Disliked: My room was never cleaned trash never taken out and it was never expressed in booking that there was $100 incidental fee charge

Very frustrated.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The carpet are dirty, the room are dirty, the soap dish is dirty, no magnifying mirror, not enough towels to use, no ice available, the elevator is noisy and slow, the water in the shower has no pressure. Everything we requested never been done. I’m done with La Quinta.
