Good location and easy access to where we were going.

Liked: The stay was average. Only complaint is the hotel smelled like smoke. Also, our room was non-smoking but it smelled like smoke too. My husband and I don't smoke and non-smokers should not have to deal with that issue. But the room was very clean.
Disliked: Smelled like smoke.

Disliked: Was given a room on second floor, which was very torn up due to major remodel, construction. Multiple room doors left open at night, anyone could enter and wait to pull a person inside, big saftey hazard. Also just a creepy feeling, with torn up walls, paint, rugs. Suggest the floors in this state are not used. Iwas given a different room close to front lobby when i requested to move. Staff were nice and it wasn't their fault, it is just the construction. It is quiet after 5 pm and very easy to get to the airport.

Liked: Location was good. Good for a quick one night stay.
Disliked: When I booked maybe a month out, they never mentioned renovations on their website. Receptionist said they did but not true. 6th floor was a mess with workers working loud. First room was extremely hot and fire alarm was beeping and they said they would all be like that most likely. (Safety hazard) Thank you to the receptionist to moving us to a better room and the fire alarm did not beep. I will say we were supposed to have a king deluxe but volunteered for the double since they said they overbooked somehow and we wanted to help. Sounds like we should get some money back but I guess we will most likely stay somewhere else unfortunately even if it’s more expensive.

No rest due to interstate

Liked: Staff was nice value. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable
Disliked: The smell outside was gagging like mixture of garbage and stool it horrible Then in room tv only had one channel then in morning no channels said weak signal went to shower and was going to use provided shampoo and conditioner bottles where but both only had small amount not enough to lather up so wonder if they leave the travel bottles for guest until completely empty before they had new bottles. No hair dryer. But the noise from the interstate was super loud I’ve stayed at hotels by interstates before but none never this loud It was so bad I didn’t sleep well and of course no tv to watch. I had another reservation for this place later in the month but I have cancelled. They are doing up grades the hallway carpet are a mess but that temporary. But the mouse from interstate is my main reason for not going back

Very good

Liked: The room was large and comfortable. The location is convenient and close enough to get to most of the attractions around town.
Disliked: It’s located close to the highway so if your room is on the back side you might have trouble getting to sleep because of the sound of the traffic
