Liked: The AC is the old wall unit which is super loud. The thermostat on the wall is not functional. The room smells musty. The bathroom is old and dingy. The front doors closed on me. I considered leaving one night earlier but I’m traveling alone with a child and didn’t want to repack and unpack somewhere else so we made the best of it.

While I truly appreciated the friendly and attentive service provided by your staff, I was unfortunately disappointed by several issues that impacted my stay.First and foremost, I was deeply concerned about hygiene in the hotel breakfast salon, as I encountered cockroaches, which was extremely unpleasant and raises serious health concerns. Additionally, the air conditioning in my room was very noisy and failed to cool the space properly, making it difficult to rest comfortably.Furthermore, the pillows were uncomfortable, and my room was located next to the laundry area, where early morning noise from housekeeping and the reception area disrupted my sleep.I wanted to bring these matters to your attention in hopes that they can be addressed to improve future guests' experiences. Liked: Friendly staff, comfortable and clean room. Didn't have a clock in our room, and the 2nd floor doors should be looked at. The whole floor had to slam them shut, and the late nighters wake everyone up coming back. The hall wasn't vacuumed for 2 days. It was not a very good breakfast, short on food and seating. You have a 4 story building and have how many rooms per floor and only 20 or 22 seats for breakfast, which wasn't pleasant to see people standing there staring at you waiting for a seat, "uncomfortable". Maybe extend the hours to the breakfast to accommodate all guests.
