Liked: How close it was to our family. We have stayed there before and were put back into the exact same room.
Disliked: The door was open when we got to our room. There were no towels, when I went to the front desk the person getting the towels for me did not know the difference between and hand towel and a face cloth. She said they did not have bath mats yet she gave me one. The bathroom was not clean there was hair all over the floor and shower.We got into be to find a cigarette whole, I called downs stairs and asked them to have the sheets changed the next day. When I went to the front desk the person said she was in charge of housekeeping I mentioned wanting to get my sheet changed and she said that may not be possible. It was like none of them had worked in a hotel before. I asked if there may be another King size bed room and she told me all the rooms had King size beds which was not true. The room has a lot of remains of people behaving badly, nail polish on the bed frame, and desk making the room feel unkept. The bathroom walls have water damage and unfinished repairs.
