I booked online looking for a hotel close to Mylan Park with an indoor pool and free breakfast. Nowhere did it tell me online that these things were not being offered due to Covid 19 restrictions. When we arrived and found out we were very disappointed and asked would we be discounted and were basically shrugged off. No discount applied. Paid full price to not be able to use the amenities advertised for this hotel.

Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: No breakfast or pool.

Would not book again.

Liked: Room wasn’t ready. TV broken. Tired, especially linens. Location good, close to highway.

Liked: When I went to check in they didn’t have a clean room which was fine they said they were behind on house keeping. Once we got checked in we went up to our room. The entire floor smelled like marijuana, walked into our room and it smelled like sewer and dirty feet. The tv was unplugged so we pulled out the tv and found dirty underwear behind it. We went to take the kids swimming and it was like an ice bath so we ended up not swimming. Breakfast was good!

Liked: Very comfortable beds. Good sized room. Overall, clean and well appointed. Great parking.
Disliked: Fridge had a missing leg. Floors could have been cleaner.
