I booked online looking for a hotel close to Mylan Park with an indoor pool and free breakfast. Nowhere did it tell me online that these things were not being offered due to Covid 19 restrictions. When we arrived and found out we were very disappointed and asked would we be discounted and were basically shrugged off. No discount applied. Paid full price to not be able to use the amenities advertised for this hotel.

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable evening front desk staff was excellent Needed to extend our stay for 2 more nights and she was very kind and accommodating
Disliked: We ended up extending our stay for 2 more nights due to complications from my husbands surgery which resulted in a long hospital stay for him. Our room was not cleaned or stocked our entire stay. The trash was never removed or towels removed or restocked. We had to ask for trash bags for our trash and towels every evening when we returned.

Recommend stay here.

Liked: Location, included breakfast, reception staff, free parking, in room microwave and refrigerator.
Disliked: The fitness room was not maintained—wall clock had stopped working, all drinking cups were out, room temperature had not been set (it was 64F), and sanitizer napkins were all finished.
