Disliked: First off rented a Jacuzzi room, and then was told Jacuzzi did not work. After a while, we noticed the room had roaches, and neither of us could see roaches in the room. Tried to make waffles the following morning and waffle maker took almost hour to make two waffle s that fell apart as if waffles we're not mix correctly. Then syrup bottle was broken and could not get syrup out container. I do not plan on staying here ever again I can not sleep with roaches that gross and praying they did not get into my bag and return home with me or in my vehicle

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful during check in.
Disliked: The room was old and outdated.

Exceptional

Liked: Customer service was excelent...The location was perfect...Room service every morning punctual.
Disliked: I felt sheets were not as clean...I was itchy all the time...My daughter got a headache louse, asked the people we were around that night, and so far no one had any. The toilet was running when we got there, my husband had to fix it because it was not flushing. Some stuff is rusted, TV remote had tape on the back where it didn't have the hard cover for the batteries.

Liked: The property was quiet and centrally located right where I needed to be.
Disliked: The only thing I didn’t like was that on Sunday they don’t serve breakfast…which I was told I would get free breakfast. I had to go to the store next door to grab food.

Liked: The reception Shanice was excellent. She helped with any concerns I had.
Disliked: I booked a non-smoking king suite with the jacuzzi, and none was available on arrival. My room was hot, and breakfast was not served.

Disliked: I received an email the night before I was scheduled to check in requesting that I go ahead and check in online to speed up the process, so I did that. The day of check in, at 1:30pm I receive a call from the hotel stating that they were sorry, but they overbooked the hotel and wanted to know if they could move me to another hotel across town. Realize this is a very small town and not many hotels in the area. We chose this hotel because we were attending a party near by. We knew that we would be drinking and could walk to the hotel after the party was over. I explained that to the attendant that the hotel he wanted to move us to was 10 minutes away and we did not want to drink and drive. He kept insisting that he would give me a good deal. I explained to him that it would not be a good deal because if we were stopped for a DUI, that it would cost me a whole lot more. Also, I booked this room months ago, I am unsure as to why my reservations were compromised. He ended up cancelling my reservation. Luckily there was a Holiday Inn Express next door and I was able to book a room there, although it was last minute, I had to pay more, but it was better than getting a DUI or a car accident.
