Liked: When I booked room I did late check out,and I started getting back to back knocks on door by housekeeping saying I didn’t have late check out,went downstairs lady tells me that she didn’t see it,says I only have 50 dollar hold but I didn’t pay for late check out,when I clearly did,this is second time this has happened to me with this hotel
Disliked: They don’t communicate with each other

Not the best new years...

Liked: 1st room smelled foul from mini-fridge that wasn't working. 2nd room had some trash left in it and the shower curtain was ripped/frayed. It was difficult to get to the hotel because how the parking lot was located.
Disliked: If the appliances in the rooms were checked or there were more staff on duty to help with the issues that would have been helpful.

Liked: The room was nice and big. The TV had apps, so the kids and I were able to enjoy Christmas movies comfortably.
