Bizarre experience.

Liked: Cleanliness.
Disliked: Unable to reach property by phone; twice got a recorded message that calls were not being accepted. No front desk clerk when I arrived;two men already waiting in lobby to check in,one appeared to have fallen asleep in a chair.Sign on counter said desk clerk was helping another guest. After about ten minutes I started walking up and down the hall looking for any employee. When I got back to the lobby the desk clerk was there. I checked in and went out to get food; when I returned the desk clerk was gone again and the sign was on the counter. It was creepy. I stayed at this property last summer and had no complaints. Something has happened since then. I would not stay there again.

Disliked: Refrigerator in room started making sound in middle of the night and woke me up. Also first floor was very loud between 10-12 pm. The bed was too firm for me and I had to use blankets from both beds to stay warm. Thermostat to regulate heat was missing from the wall. The staff helped me with the heat regulation issue.

Liked: I liked the comfort of the bed and the location.
Disliked: I did not like that the restaurant and breakfast area are closed on Sunday and Monday. That would have been nice to now before I booked my stay.
