Liked: During my four-day stay at the hotel, unfortunately, there was no housekeeping service at any point. This had a negative impact on the overall experience, as one expects a basic standard of cleanliness and daily care in a hotel of this category.Additionally, the breakfast provided was quite limited. On several occasions, essential items such as milk were not replenished once they ran out, which resulted in a disappointing experience for the guests.

Told no early check in,...

Liked: Arrived earlier than expected, Asked to buy “Early Check In” Was told “None is available, Come back at 4pm”. We sat down for 1hr 30 minutes in the chairs and saw a different worker. walked up to them and asked again and to our prevail there was “Early Check In”

Disliked: Unfortunately, the room wasn't quiet during the middle of the night and early morning due to the neighbors upstairs. NO worries.
