Disliked: Paid the booking through the app. Check in for 12/28-12/29. Once we got to the hotel they advised about the 25$ pet fee and 100$ deposit for any damages that occur during our stay. After our stay I noticed 128$ had already processed through before our check out. I asked the hotel for an itemized receipt and there was a 100$ charge for miscellaneous charges. I asked what was the charge in regard to and the employee advised “we know about the hole in the wall prior to your visit, and we need the money.” Not my problem. The employee advised a refund is in progress and would take 1-3 business.
