Liked: Staff is always helpful. Clean rooms. Breakfast offerings are great.

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable. The woman at the front desk did not have a friendly or welcoming demeanor, and this somewhat put me off the place. A different clerk was working in the evening who was friendly and engaged with the guests. This attitude would have given me a much better feeling about my choice of a place to stay

It was conveniently located. Just...

Liked: I did not eat there. Tv good quality. Room was clean.
Disliked: Pillows seemed old and not comfortable. Outside exit door didn't work. Had to go to second floor for ice. Bed not that comfortable. Toilet was very low to floor. One of the picture frames had peeling paint.

I would say this stay...

Liked: Your staff was amazing!! Housekeeping was on point and very friendly. I talked with the front desk manager/employee, she was amazing and a really helpful person who listened. Your morning help with breakfast was amazing!! She took pride in her work, everything was fresh, stocked and was there to help when someone needed assistance!! Keep up the amazing job here!!!
Disliked: I can’t even say anything bad regarding this stay, it was amazing and I would definitely stay here again.
