Disappointing

Disliked: Didn't get the room I prepaid for 2 weeks in advance ...had to sleep on a dam couch in stead of a bed that I paid for ..

I would NOT recommend this...

Liked: The only good thing about this stay was the gentleman that checked us in was very polite and well mannered. I called at 2:00 to see if we could possibly check in earlier and who ever answered the phone was not very nice. We waited and checked in at 3:00.
Disliked: We booked to stay at La Qunita and were moved to Comfort Suites which was right down the road. We had 2 rooms. One room was outdated, had mold around the water faucets, base of the tub, and on the shower curtain and 3 baby roaches visit us this morning in the bathroom. THEY DIED! The other room appeared to have been remodeled with new floor and no visitors. The breakfast looked like it was left over from the day before. We went down for breakfast at 830. The coffee was full of coffee grounds, the eggs and gravy were cold. The waffle batter was so thick it wouldn't come out of the machine. We requested a later check out of 12:30 instead of 11:00 because we were in town for my parents wedding and were told it would be an additional $30.00 per room. We checked out on time. When we went to the front desk to check out no one was there so we left. I wish I could comment of Comfort Suits instead of LaQuinta.

Everything was excellent. Will definitely...

Liked: I slept past breakfast.....the bed was extra comfortable.
Disliked: I have no complaints about the facility.

Disliked: We had radio/tv noise all through the night, up to 5am. Wasn’t sure where it was from possibly next door.
