Terrible customer service. Like debated...

Liked: No syrup for waffles- which was main breakfast menu. We actually went and bought a bottle and shared with other guests.
Disliked: Light bulbs out for bathroom, water filled in soap dispenser, check in receptionist did not want to check me in last night. She wanted me to call a number and was mad when they sent me to voice mail. She huffed and decided to check me in. No syrup for waffles when breakfast is mostly waffles, no sugar for coffee. I get it's not a 5 star hotel, but I didn't realize how poorly this was run. And honestly- most things could have been excused if it wasn't for such poor customer service last night. TV remote didn't work.

Never again.

Liked: Breakfast is a typical Continental breakfast.
Disliked: Facility is run down and downright dirty.

Very terrible experience

Liked: Nothing at all there was dog poop in the room old dog poop. Dead bugs everywhere staff was rude asked for clean sheets didn’t get any

Never in my life will...

Liked: The property was under construction so that was already a set back when trying to locate the lobby!
Disliked: It was dirty! My bed sheets were dirty! The room smelled like cigarettes even tho it was a “no smoke” area! The shower was spraying everywhere when I turned it on!
