Great staff!!

Liked: Staff was exceptional at trying to find my reservation which took almost an hour because of Booking.com's mistake. It was not resolved with Booking.com, but there was a room available and I stayed the night. Thanks to the wonderful staff for trying.
Disliked: Shower needs repairs/updating!!

Cozy bed and pillows were...

Liked: The room was very clean. The a/c unit was good not noisy and room stayed comfortably temp. Bathroom was very clean.
Disliked: My entry door did not lock correctly nor did it have security latch. Half of latch was mounted on wall but no secure on door. When I left the room door would not securely close and lock behind me. I had to slam door shut several times to get it to lock.

Restful and happy!

Liked: Everyone was nice and breakfast was delicious. Our room was very comfortable and restful.

Nice hotel for a short...

Liked: I appreciate the hotel's location. They were able to accommodate our pet. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. We arrived a little early and the hotel was able to accommodate and provide our rooms.
Disliked: They placed us on the west end of the wing which was a little noisy. I have stayed on the other end of the wing previously and did not notice the road noise. Also, I was unable to purchase bottled water onsite. No vending machines and the small store at front had limited items for purchase.
