Liked: check in was smooth.
Disliked: The breakfast was absolutely mobbed. No place to sit. Food disappeared as soon as it was put out. I recommend getting to breakfast very early. The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved. I noticed hair shavings in the sink when we first walked in.

Liked: Staff was very pleasant, Shirley was so sweet and very helpful. I love the location right across from a mall that had most authentic nacho plate Los Placito so delicious
Disliked: Food was not that appealing, standard fare. I do like they assist you to Miami Port. They do not have a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. It's very frustrating. The iron didn't work, and the room was in the adjourning room in which I should have asked if that was okay or acceptable. Although you are in a hotel with strangers, this was extremely too close for comfort. Also, they were cleaning around guest instead of closing off the unit to state to remove yourself while they tidied up. I have never seen that and traveled a lot of states and stayed in a lot of hotels.
