Disappointing

Liked: Close to activities that needed to be done.
Disliked: Back up/slow sink in bathroom. Needs renovation of bathroom. Fresh and clean feel of rooms.

Disliked: Airport shuttle bus was late by an hour to pick us up. I was charged fees twice on my credit card by error.We have stayed in this hotel before, this time the experience was terrible overall.

Disliked: Dirty and saw a bug crawling on fresh towel 5 minutes into me entering the room. I had to kill the bug it was gross..
