Disliked: We stayed in an ADA room and requested a seat for the shower; however, it was explained to us upon arrival that there were no seats available in the hotel. Had we known this, we could have brought ours from home. A couple of minor issues within the room but maintenance was quick to respond. We have stayed here numerous times and will continue to do so.

Liked: The management was terrible. The key to the room did not connect. Every time we left we had to go to the front desk to get a new card. One day the elevator were not working. We asked to have our rooms cleaned and came back to a excuse. " We are short staffed." REALLY!! I explained ALL issues that arose during our stay to the management.I/we expected to be compensated. " Sorry but issues come up. This is an old hotel." Maybe you should hire no management. This stay was the worst hotel stay in my life.

Nice mostly comfortable staff nice

Liked: Breakfast was good. I ordered queen size beds and got full size beds. I asked the lady vacuuming if I could get another trash bag and she was rude but I just ignored the attitude and went to the store and bought my own I will return to La Quinta because overall it was a good experience and very nice place and people
Disliked: Not enough trash bags in the room or towels see above answer of what I did like because I said them both I will return it is a better place than what I've ever rented before
