Liked: Breakfast was okay. Waffle dispenser broke but kitchen staff was on top of it, making accommodations to help people get waffles for breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was good

Great Location to Stay!

Liked: The front desk staff, including “Angel” were wonderful to work with. She was both professional and very friendly. Gaby, the room attendant, was also fantastic and provided excellent service. I will definitely choose to stay there again during my next visit to Memphis.
Disliked: I did notice a small cockroach on our room door as we were leaving to check out, but aside from that, everything was great!

Liked: Very clean and nice building and rooms. Very spacious and the staff was very accommodating to our situation.
Disliked: Price was a little higher than I expected but at least it was a nice clean place to stay.
