Dirtiest hotel I've ever experienced

Liked: Absolutely nothing
Disliked: I have stayed at shabby hotels before but never anywhere so completely filthy. Nothing was clean. Every surface was smudgy and dirty including floors, countertops, walls, doors, desk, and nightstand. There were brown marks on every wall, on the shower curtain, on the window curtains, and on the lampshades. The towels and sheets were stained. There was not a single hook to hang a towel on not that you want to use them even if there were any because then your towel would be hanging against the dirty wall. It was truly awful.

Disliked: There were some dirty spots in the room. On curtains and the shower curtain. And they were thick and wet.. it was weird.

Disliked: The bed mattress was uncomfortable but other than that everything else was very good

Liked: Staff, cleanliness, comfortability, breakfast, pool, my pet was also super comfortable and relaxed
Disliked: Needs new washer and dryer for people who are staying and need to laundry. Dryer took 3 cycles and wasn’t completely dry at the end.
