Liked: Room was decent, did have a funky smell when using the ac like stagnated water. Mattresses are super soft and pillows are nice. Breakfast was good.

Disliked: We opened the room to our hotel to be met with roaches. Not just one but multiple. Enough to leave the room, get the person at the front desk, come back to the room and show him more. Live and dead roaches. Carpet was musty. Air was thick. The absolute worst experience after a long day. Booking.com is an absolute JOKE to work with about getting a refund. Sometime that should take a few days took a month. I will never waste time or money with either of these companies again.

Peeling tub

Liked: Beds were comfortable, room was nice size
Disliked: Bleach had been spilled up and down the halls, so carpet had white spots all over. The room we were given was not clean. #418 ,food left in the icebox, Dusty, lamp was rusty, tub was peeling like it had been painted with rusty drain. I asked for another room . It was better, but still some peeling in the tub. Dirty around the elevator doors and tile in bad shape. Stuffed up trim around the doors of the elevator on both floor

Disliked: My glasses that were in a glasses case on the desk were missing. Assuming the cleaning staff took them on Saturday. Wi-Fi was out when we showed up on Thursday night.

Disliked: The state of the room needed updates. Such as you could see in between the crack of the door to the hall way, the shower had cracks in it, and the lock on the door was broken. The entire place stunk of weed and when it didn’t stink of weed it smelled like a dirty bathroom.

We had Worst weekend stay...

Liked: I liked the location, only.
Disliked: I went to stay a few nights with my Mom & Nieces, for my Birthday weekend. I have photos of our room. Not Only did it smell like Marjuana, but the carpet was torn up in front of the tv on the floor. I guess from a previous dog, that had been there. Also, we had a joining rooms, when we opened the door, there was total filth & dirt between the rooms. Broken glass & a pill, (not our own), was on the floor. The bathtub in my Mom’s room, was dirty & existing mold, was covered up with caulk, it looked like. The breakfast wasn’t good, either. People kept having to have the attendant for milk & to refill various items. The orange juice was all watered down. Also, the carpeting in the hallway in front of our rooms, had bleach splattered all over it. The carpet was older & dark & colorful, with white bleach everywhere. Not sure what they were trying to clean up. They said o line that I wouldn’t have to prepay for the room. I reserved with my Credit Card, & my Mom was going to pay, with her’s upon arrival. When we got there, they had already charged my card, stating that they were at full capacity for the night. I find this interesting, because, once we got upstairs & saw the condition of our rooms, we came back downstairs & let the front desk know. They offered to change us to another room.
