Great stay chosen for it's...

Liked: The staff was SUPER FRIENDLY even when not speaking a word. Having a staff member pass you in hall and smile or greet you is rare these days. I like that they honored my request for a hearing accessible room and a lower floor.
Disliked: I didn't like the extra $27 pet fee. I really don't think it's necessary as there is no additional cleaning that wouldn't otherwise be done. I didn't like the sofa it definitely appeared old and worn and likely housed a pet or two.

Both times we have stayed...

Liked: Unfortunately we had a long trip to complete on Sunday so we left before we could have breakfast. We did stay there in October and took advantage of the breakfast and it was fine.
Disliked: We have a dog so can't go out for our evening meal as we won't leave her alone in the room. Sort of difficult to get carry out when you are not familiar with the surrounding aread.But, I realize this is not your problem.
