Liked: The TV in the first room was not getting a signal anywhere. Front desk agent saíd that they aware of this and immediately gave us another room across the hall.⁶6
Disliked: There were two controls to work the TV, simply put instructions on the TV stand to ease the need for help.

Good price and location, hotel...
Liked: Staff was friendly.
Disliked: I stayed in room 206 with my 3 children. My last night there I was viciously attacked by bed bugs and now have numerous marks over my arms and neck that won’t go away. I can definitely tell the marks are from bed bugs, there is no question about it. I even killed some of the bugs. They have a serious bed bug problem that they need to address ASAP.

Disliked: Hair dryer is missing from room 327 and they wouldn't bring one up cuz they were too busy or couldn't find one. They don't serve scrambled eggs and no half and half for coffee.

Liked: From the moment we entered the reception , we felt welcome. The room was large . The staff are patient with guests. During our stay we used the laundry late in the evening and when collecting our clothes from the laundry, the lady from the front desk was mopping the floors. A family came in with 3 of their children riding hoverboards , the wheels were covered in mud and the kids were riding all over the foyer and hallway making mud tracks everywhere. Breakfast was yummy and included, with plenty of tables with seating.
