Front desk was very helpful....

Liked: cold food, did not like the way eggs were prepared. No one their to host breakfast, BUT did see a tip jar.

It was what we needed...

Liked: Liked the sauna, hot tub availability, things were clean, comfy bed.
Disliked: Same food availability. Would be nice for a change up. Better coffee would be goo.

Disliked: Asked for new towels daily; didn’t receive, had to go and ask ourselves. Room did not get cleaned entire stay. Had to ask them to activate keys two times aside from check in because they timed out
