Disliked: Asked for new towels daily; didn’t receive, had to go and ask ourselves. Room did not get cleaned entire stay. Had to ask them to activate keys two times aside from check in because they timed out

Liked: The room was very clean and maid service excellent. The staff is pleasant and professional.
Disliked: Access to surrounding business and shopping is a little frustrating.

Liked: Great location near Mistlin park were my kid was playing. The room was clean. There’s fast food restaurants and a Starbucks next to the hotel so it was easy to pick up breakfast before the morning game.
Disliked: I didn’t love the breakfast but my kids did like the waffles.
