The room was overpriced for...

Liked: Breakfast lady on 11/10 was so nice
Disliked: The room was not clean, they did not make up the beds the second day, toilet stopped up

Liked: I wish breakfast was open a little longer than 9:30. Some of us need to sleep in a bit after performing at midnight!
Disliked: The price was marked up *A LOT* because of a local festival... I mean, more than twice the normal rate. That seemed excessive.

I would come back because...

Liked: It will be the wonderful staff that will bring me back. They were so helpful after having a few problems with the room. Breakfast was very good and the hotel was very clean.
Disliked: When I checked in the clock and the phone were not working. They missed two wake up calls and there is no hand rail in the shower and no shower mat when you step out of the shower.

Disliked: the hot tub heater didn't work

Hotel was over rated.

Liked: We really liked the location.
Disliked: The room we were given was not up to par by any means. Especially for over $250 a night per room. Our room had a broken toilet handle so the toilet always was running water. Our room had roaches. The sink was cracked from one side to the other. The cabinet the fridge and microwave are in was falling apart and did not close.
