The bed sheets had stains...
Liked: The pool.
Disliked: The bed sheets had stains all over them. We checked in at 3 left to go get our 2,3 month old daughters and drop them off to my mom and get snacks for our stay. We got back went and got into the pool went back to our room to shower and got to sleep. It was around 12-12:30 and we pulled back the sheets and started seeing stains. Each sheet had more stains I started taking pictures and finally called down stairs. They told us if we checked out immediately we could get a full refund. We checked out and still have not received our refund.

Liked: I liked the pool and hot tub and the room was nice
Disliked: I didn’t like that my family went down for the included breakfast and there was almost nothing to eat left, everything was eaten and we were down at 8am and our room was also locked when we went back upstairs

Liked: Morning staff was friendly.
Disliked: Worst stay I've ever had. Got stuck in the elevator twice, and we were not the only ones. The hot tub was colder than the pool and there were no pool towels so the kids had to shiver on the way up to the room. The refrigerator and microwave did not work.1 Our room key did not work and we had to go to the front desk 3 different times to have them "fix" it. Evening staff was very rude. Breakfast was gross...biscuits were hard as a rock like they were days old.
