Exceeded My Expectations

Liked: The Night Manager, Ashley, provided over the top customer service, the room had everything we needed, and the breakfast was great!
Disliked: On the morning of the checkout, I was sent an email asking me to provide a checkout time. I chose 11 a.m. However, our room keys were deactivated hours before, and twice someone asked me when we were checking out, even knocking on the room door.

Was a comfortable stay.

Liked: Shower pressure was.good. Plenty of pillows. Beds were comfortable. Housekeeping and desk clerks were very nice and helpful.
Disliked: Fourth floor with dog was a bit inconvenient for potty trips. Would have liked a channel guide. Coffee maker was not clean, had to run many pots of water before it cleared up. The lobby has an odd smell that reminded me of my mother's nursing home smell.
