Very good

Liked: The lobby was very clean and bright, doubling as the dining room. The eating area was well-spaced with plenty of room and tables. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower area had several safety bars, and hot water was plentiful and immediate. The breakfast was better than many hotels, with several hot-food options.
Disliked: Some sort of "Call Waiting" utility is needed. I called 7 times in one hour for clarification of directions, and the phone was busy every time.

Calm, cool and peaceful.

Liked: The property was nice. Nice large sized rooms. Rooms included a microwave and a refrigerator. The bathrooms were clean.
Disliked: The complementary breakfast needs a bit of improving with more breakfast selections.

Disliked: Front Desk staff not really customer service responses. More into social media.
