Nice place except for the...

Liked: Nice pool, decent breakfast, and some positive upgrades in the facility.
Disliked: byob … bring your own bed! Room was nice but the bed was bad. Too soft with a hard outer shell. Asked to change rooms, and the manager didn’t even look up to say that all the beds were the same.

I can't wait to come...

Liked: The check in staff upgraded my room at no charge because I have a broken back and was walking with a walker. This room was just around the corner from registration. My original room was on 3rd floor at the end. The got tub/pool area was so clean!!
Disliked: Air conditioning want very cool. Beds were too hard for my liking. My daughter loved it.

Disliked: The mattress in room 222 was awful. That is my only complaint. Of the room had a decent mattress, the trip would have been perfect

Liked: If I were looking to travel for business in a cheap way this would be fine. There was a bed, refrigerator and microwave. If I were in need of a place to sleep this would be adequate.
Disliked: This was basically a motel called a hotel. The beds were ridiculously small (only enough room for one person), the mattresses had many lumps, the tvs were glitchy, towels were not enough for a days worth for a family- we were given two washcloths! The entire time we were there not a single staff smiled or made us feel welcome.
