I would definitely stay here...

Liked: The location was great, quite area and good access to local restaurants and downtown. Great value for the price, clean room and bath, plenty of towels and cloths. The staff I dealt with were friendly and made us feel welcome.

it was ok for what...

Liked: the appearance of the room, it looked really nice. Everything worked and looked clean. The sheets looked clean but they had a slight smell.
Disliked: The bathtub was stained did not look clean at all.
