Very clean; friendly staff. Would stay again.

Liked: Quiet, until morning when kids were running around slamming doors (not your fault).
Disliked: The only thing bad was that the hot tub was cold and had no bubbles.

Liked: The hotel was very clean, the room was clean and spacious and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was nice with a selection of hot food.
Disliked: The only disappointment was that both treadmills in the exercise room did not work.

Disliked: The staff were extremely rude. There was never anybody at the front desk, no bell to ring, so you had to just sit in the lobby yelling “hello?” “Hello???” For 5-10mins before somebody would come to the front desk.On check out, I was told they couldn’t print out a receipt because I “booked through a 3rd party.” Extremely rude about it as well… even though the last 4 hotels I’ve stayed at, all who I have booked through Booking.com, could ALL print out a receipt for me. She told me Booking.com would have it. The beds were cheap and every time you moved the springs would squeak - keeping each other up. The other bed had a large dent in the mattress like a 500lb person slept in it for the past 10years. The mattresses and beds felt used. The pillows were threadbare.
