Disliked: I emailed the staff a couple days prior to check in. They never responded. The hotel in general was dirty. The carpet in our room was very dirty. I was afraid to walk across the floor in my bare feet. Amenities were few and very basic. The entire hotel needs to be updated. Breakfast was minimal. I will not be staying here again. We seriously considered checking out and staying at another hotel, but our reservation was nonrefundable.

Disliked: Staff was very unprofessionalWe had 4 adults and 1 child in the pool area. No loud or inappropriate behavior, just sitting around the pool talking. After exiting the pool, we had a small ice cream cake and asked for a knife to cut the cake with. We were then threatened to be thrown out if we were having a party. Management followed us to our rooms, and I'm assuming to find out exactly what rooms we were in. Very uncomfortable stay
