Very displeasing!!
Disliked: The flooring in our room and bathroom was buckled in a few places. The tv didn’t work. The shower had some hard stuff (shampoo, conditioner, etc…) on the walls. There was also something red on the shower floor. We did not take showers!!! It was disgusting!! The carpet in he hallways was disgustingly dirty. This was the worst place I ever stayed.

Stay somewhere else, especially if...
Liked: The only thing we liked about this property was the beds were actually comfortable. Other than that, we regret making the decision to stay at this location.
Disliked: Where do I begin? The facility itself is dirty and the “handicap” rooms are on the opposite end away from the lobby making a long trek to the room. One of the doors to enter and exit the building does not work at all and could be a real hazard in the event of an emergency especially for a disabled person that can’t get down the tall step outside the opposite side exit. You have to go up and down hills inside the building to navigate so if you’re on a wheelchair, crutches, a cane or any other type of assistance device, then you may encounter difficulty. The room was really small and definitely not handicap assessable. The bed was tall and difficult to get in to (as someone with a disability), the bench partially blocked the path from the bathroom to the bed (a wheelchair would definitely NOT work in this room!) and there were many things in the room that need repair. The sheets were stained and the remote didn’t work. The only thing that set this room apart from a regular room was it had a low peephole on the door and walk-in shower (very small) with a handle and a handheld shower spout. The shower chair was broken, I requested a replacement and not only did it take them two days to get the second shower chair to me… it was also broken! The room was dirty, it smelled and the refrigerator would not stay closed. The AC made strange crying cat sounds. We stayed for three nights and the breakfast was exactly the same every day. The staff was not professional in the way they handled those staying at the hotel and their attire was super casual. One of the receptionist was giving advice to a “lady of the night” of where to best meet the horsemen, and this was in front of my child. I would not recommend this particular hotel, especially to families and anyone with disabilities. Did I mention there’s no elevator?
