Passable

Liked: Comfortable clean bed.
Disliked: The bathroom hadn't been cleaned. We were so tired that we had already lugged everything in there, we checked the bed and just stayed put. Breakfast was sparse.

Liked: Easy to get to. Breakfast and breakfast area were well taken care of.
Disliked: Door to outside was stuck and wouldn't open with the key to in the building

Liked: Breakfast was great! Chef did a great job every morning. Food was great and he kept dining area clean

Liked: Great location for exploring Witchita Mountains. The staff was very accommodating and kind.
Disliked: The bed was a bit hard for my taste. The wall HVAC unit would periodically make a loud noise.
