Terrible and not worth the...

Liked: Customer service at the front desk was very helpful
Disliked: Our beds had dirty linen on it, one of the comforter smelled like cigarettes & the bed box had white staines on it, the refrigerator smelled bad on the inside and our bathroom trash had trash in it

It was a decent place...

Liked: The breakfast was delicious I loved the waffles and the biscuits and gravy and orange juice!
Disliked: The toilet in my room didn’t work very well when I used the toilet the toilet paper didn’t flush down and it kept getting clogged up.

Engagement Celebration @ La Quinta

Liked: Checking in and out was extremely easy. From the moment we walked in, to the moment we left, every staff member we encountered was very sweet and attentive. If we had questions, they answered kindly, and even when our cards deactivated, they were quick to take care of them. The location was in the heart of Cache Road, so we were very close to every place we wanted to go while visiting. The room was HUGE, we were celebrating our engagement, so we were out more than in the room, so we only got a pic of the beautiful jacuzzi tub.
Disliked: I must say, I loved how cold the fridge was, but it got way too cold. I know that sounds crazy, lol, but all of our stuff froze, so we weren't able to enjoy our strawberries or drinks we brought in because they were frozen solid. The morning cleaners were very loud talking and laughing in the hallway, that it woke us out of our sleep. We were a bit frustrated, but when we got up to leave, one cleaner was in the room across the hall cleaning, she was very sweet. She asked if we needed anything because we left our DND sign out, but we told her we were okay and Happy New Year. We also kept having little knats flying around, but we couldn't find where they were coming from, but they were more annoying than anything else, but not enough to not leave a 5-star review.

Never ever again.

Liked: Breakfast was nice and staff was very friendly
Disliked: The room was not cleaned properly we found hair on the bed and it was in desperate need of an update as well the walls was missing paint, there was a hole in the wall behind the door i could go on but we will not be staying here again so it doesn’t matter. Just wanted to let other people know to not waste your time. This is not outdated it is run down.

Liked: It was close to my family I was visiting
Disliked: The property looks very much like it did when it was first built, except it wasn’t maintained. There was molding in the bathroom that was coming off. The bathtub was stained. The ceiling had a couple of stains on it. The carpet looked gross and had lots of stains and so didthe couch in the suite that we were staying in. It just overall felt like it wasn’t well maintained or well cleaned.
