Liked: The hot tub was cold. pool was nice. Fitness room needs towels and disinfectant spray or wipes. Huge Cockroach in bathroom in the room. That ruined everything.

Over priced for a dated...
Liked: Front Desk staff very friendly and helpful, cleaning staff friendly also
Disliked: Courtesy guest parking $10 a night hidden fees! It’s not a courtesy if you have to pay (not responsible for theft or damages to your vehicle) If I am paying for parking you are responsible for my vehicle!!! Like the airlines the ticket is cheap until you have to pay additional for your seat, carry on etc…

Liked: The day shift desk, kitchen, and janitorial staff, who were helpful and pleasant.
Disliked: The front desk person who checked me in. I understand she has a somewhat demanding position, but I only asked for a light bulb for the lamp in my room; she replied (grumpily), which light the one close to the bed, or the window; I answered the one close to the window, and she followed with another question about the light, and told me she did not have and extra light bulb, so I would need to wait for the guy to fix it tomorrow. My reply; I only need a bulb, I can change the bulb, she mumbled something. I understand if you have rules regarding this issue, but she was not pleasant during my check-in. My second day was great, I received a courtesy call regarding my light issue from the day shift clerk.
