Needs help

Liked: It was close to my friend place.
Disliked: It looked like it was abandoned. The pool was drained. The breakfast was small muffins, cereal, and coffee. The room needed to be updated. It didn't have a smoke alarm, and the shower looked like there was mold. The pictures on your website were out of date. I took pictures from the hotel. I tried to get a different place, and everything was twice as much to change. The only positive was the staff. They tried to accommodate me the best they could.

Disliked: The property was nasty. The rooms were nasty. The 1st floor of the building smelled like someone was smoking Crack or something. It was very unsanitary and gross. There was trash on the floor

Liked: The check-in and check-out staff were friendly and helpful. The building's entrance smelled and looked clean, creating a welcoming environment.
Disliked: During our stay, our room keys stopped working, and when we went to get them fixed, the staff was just chilling outside while we waited and rang the doorbell (we waited 5-10 minutes for assistance), and when our phone charger was plugged in, the lights in the room flashed. The room was hot and hard to cool down. The first day, the hallways reeked of urine. There was a group of people blocking the stairs, making it hard to get to our room and feel safe.

Liked: This property is gross! Trash everywhere, I don’t even think the cameras work on the property. Our tv didn’t work, nor was there a remote in the room. The smoke detector was coming out of the ceiling. The bathroom shower has horrible water pressure. Also the air condition doesn’t work you turn it on and only get heat on both heat and cool setting. We opened our window to cool the room down but couldn’t leave it open overnight because there was no screen and didn’t feel safe. Let’s not also forget the toilet barely flushed.

Worst hotel experience ever

Liked: Only thing that was good about this place was the drive to historic old Mesilla which was only about a 5 minute drive
Disliked: The staff was rude when checking in, when asked for more towels was told very rudely she only had one then I had sent my bf down to get some toilet paper since we had used the 2 rolls that came in the room and was told they had run out and to try to see in 15 minutes. Luckily I have a child so it was an easy fix with wipes. Anyways the hallways were so dirty and didn’t look like they had been cleaned in years, vending machine only took your card, ice machines didn’t work, pet area looked like trash, phone in the room didn’t work also we stayed for 3 nights and not once did room service come to touch up the room when asked why they didn’t come up I was told they don’t go up unless requested I’m assuming since they also had no elevators!

Disliked: First, having a rezervation at this hotel in Las Cruces Tx ,when we arrived the lady from the desk said there are not rooms available.Curios, never happen that! I got the confirmation in my email.Lucky ,a custumer in line remind her there is a room, clean, next to his room,but having a lot of folded laundry left in room and a cleaning cart in there, from a maid that didnt finish her job and left the premision.No maids there to do their jobs!We got that room ,after the desk lady took the laundry out!Other costumers with rezervations were told to cancel and leave.The hotel was dirty and a lot of strange ppl/ like illegal migrants was trying to sneack in the hotel at dark!!!! Dogs was barking in some rooms over the night. NEVER SLEEPING IN THAT HOTEL AGAIN! BE AWARE! SCARY HOTEL!
