Liked: WAS CHEEP!
Disliked: First, having a rezervation at this hotel in Las Cruces Tx ,when we arrived the lady from the desk said there are not rooms available.Curios, never happen that! I got the confirmation in my email.Lucky ,a custumer in line remind her there is a room, clean, next to his room,but having a lot of folded laundry left in room and a cleaning cart in there, from a maid that didnt finish her job and left the premision.No maids there to do their jobs!We got that room ,after the desk lady took the laundry out!Other costumers with rezervations were told to cancel and leave.The hotel was dirty and a lot of strange ppl/ like illegal migrants was trying to sneack in the hotel at dark!!!! Dogs was barking in some rooms over the night. NEVER SLEEPING IN THAT HOTEL AGAIN! BE AWARE! SCARY HOTEL!

Don't expect much.

Liked: Staff is very friendly. They allowed me an early check in (2 hours). Good breakfast.
Disliked: Room wasn't very clean (dust on TV, curtains need wash and better fixing). There was a phone but it wasn't connected. TV remote sound wasn't working.

Don't stay here!!!!!

Disliked: The room was dirty, no security cameras, doors with card locks butcard lock removed and door propped open, room was filthy dirty, no staff to help with that, over all would suggest tearing this place down!!!!!!

Disliked: Did not have breakfast there. The 1st room not clean very disappointed and the 2nd room gave us was clean, light switch did not work the remote power button torn off and property was not clean, pool area dirty and pool not filled ..

Liked: Good location and staff was pretty friendly.
Disliked: Trash in hallways; dog poop outside exit door; not enough maint people to prepare rooms; my room was supposed to be ready when I arrived (6:30 pm), but it was not; they changed my room and this new room had no blankets on bed, smoke detector was missing, tv remote did not work properly; no nightstand clock. The hotel continues to go down hill. I understand there is a new manager. I suggest she walk through every hallway and every room to get a feel of what needs to be done.
