Don't expect a smooth check-in...

Disliked: I booked via a third party app since the hotel website would not responsive. My check in date/ time of check-in and details on my late arrival were conveyed with Booking.com. Upon check-in, the front desk host who had been clearly sleeping in the office while I waited for 15 minutes, told be my reservation was incorrect. I asked him to read the email chain of which he seemingly ignored while I was describing the time of check in since he was busy wiping the "sleepies" out of his eyes. Instead of a 45 second check-in, I wasted almost 30m minutes trying to get my room at 2:30am after traveling for 16 hours.

Disliked: Shower stall had no grab handle making me feel unsafe . The handle on the door was not helpful as it moved when the door did.

Liked: Nice clean room and the location was close to family.
Disliked: Room was too dark. Needs more lights or brighter bulbs.
