Disappointing
Disliked: There was cigarette and pot smoking on the 2nd floor ..we could smell it the entire hallway.. Several barking dogs also..Hotel needs updating.. Morning buffet was not too good..

Value of room disappointing
Liked: The room was OK. Pretty clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: No bar of soap. Had to use shampoo to wash hands and shower with. No tissues had to use toilet paper instead. The hall smelled bad. The continental breakfast was OK but definitely not as good as it should be for what we paid to stay there.

Disliked: Inside was in need of a deep cleaning. Was not informed of the FEMA situation with the hotel. Don’t have a problem with it but a little communication would have been nice.Would be nice to get my points for the 4 night stay on my rewards.

Horrible experience. Crack den!!
Liked: When I first walked in there was a argument with a guest. The guest looked like she was moving in. Later another guest had an issue, she also stated that she would be there until late January. It was the most ghetto hotel/motel I’ve EVER stayed in. It’s a slum!!! Grosss.
Disliked: Sleeping in my truck would have been more comfortable. There were so many complaints from guests that I heard and the employees, honestly gave it right back to them. Crazy!!! For what I paid!! Never ever again will I use your site!!!
