Liked: The front desk staff were phenomenally helpful and kind. They went out of their way to help and were extremely cheerful upon check-in. Each person I interacted with at the property was so nice and willing to help with any and all requests.

Liked: Furniture looked dirty, mattress itself has blood stains. Bathroom had liquid cleaning solution on the border of the trim. Tile floor felt sticky and slippery. Hotel room had a strong odor of cleaning solution. Carpet looked stained too. Appliances look old and beat up. Front desk lady was not welcoming (at check in). All in all if I didn’t feel comfortable and there was no way I would have stayed for my free breakfast.

Disliked: I arrived at the property at 11:55pm after a long day of driving eager to get some rest only to be told that the computer was down for maintenance and that I couldn’t check in until the computer was done rebooting, I showed my receipt and confirmation number ID, and was told that I could wait in the lobby until the computer was back up and running. I decided to wait because I was already booked and had already paid for the room, so after 2hrs of waiting and dozing off I was told the computer had finished rebooting at 2am and that I could finish checking in. The manager was not rude about the situation and was friendly and polite but I wish there was something manually that could’ve been done instead of relying solely on the computer to make sure of customer satisfaction and a prompt check in.
