Great location, clean and safe.

Liked: Very close to national parks. Good value.
Disliked: Check in process took way too long. Employees said it was due to the computer program. Took at least 20 min for each party to check I , we had two parties (1 person, and a family with a baby).

Avoid at all costs! Bad...

Liked: Horrible stay, never again! Extremely unprofessional! If you have a problem, make sure to document it because they will not take you seriously otherwise. It’s impossible to get a hold of a manager!
Disliked: Dave Paryank is the worst and most unresponsive manager in existence. Good luck trying to get a hold of customer service after a horrible stay at La Quinta Inn!Detailed Complaints:The La Quinta Hotel came with a free morning breakfast which was pleasant except that around 7am in the morning, parents would allow their children scream and run up and down the hallways on the first floor. I was staying in room 106 on the first floor and little kids were continually screaming outside my door and waking my husband and I up. This was made worse since our California time zone was an hour earlier and essentially we were being woken up at 6am in the morning. This was NOT okay. I complained to the staff after this happened on Saturday March 29, 2025 in the morning and they reassured me that it wouldn't happen again except that it happened over and over again the next couple days of our stay.Our key cards kept malfunctioning repeatedly during our stay and we kept getting locked out of our hotel room. Both key cards stopped working and we had to go to the hotel front desk numerous times to get the key card reactivated to access our hotel room. This was extremely inconvenient.On Sunday March 30, 2025, the neighboring room to the right of us (108 room I think), we were woken up and disturbed by a domestic outburst situation happening by an older couple in that room. They started yelling at each other and throwing stuff, it was aggressive and scary. I told the front desk receptionist lady and she told me that the couple were in the middle of checking out and that there was nothing they could about it.We had poor and basically no working wifi in our hotel room, this was difficulty as we are both graduate students and had several zoom meetings and assignments requiring internet during our stay. The WiFi never worked in our room and it would work in the lobby only.

Superb

Liked: The room was very cosy. Breakfast was good.The National park close to this hotel is Kolob National park and not Zion National park.We ended up going to Kolob, which left us less time to explore Zion.Make sure you put the correct location in your Google maps as Google maps shows a lot of entry points when you type Zion.
