Liked: Hotel is under renovations or something. Not sure. Seems they have had a flood and they are trying to repair. Both rooms I tried to stay in were in a terrible state. Seemed to not be vacuumed, hair and debris around. Front desk woman and man were both polite however, the state of the hotel is not good. I hope they can update. It's in such a great location. The pictures looked nothing like what I booked. We had to cancel and go to another hotel the night before our wedding. I am grateful we were able to get a refund and it all worked out. It was a very big inconvenience in the moment.

Very comfy, Nice staff &...

Liked: We were there for a place to stay before & after my galbladder surgery. The staff there was amazing & made sure we had a handicap accessible room for my elderly mother & myself cuz the elevator was out of order
Disliked: On the second day, the elevator kept dinging all night. They were out of bananas in the breakfast area The little store in the lobby didn't have any antacids

Lacking and unsatisfactory

Liked: location to our work gathering made it most convenient
Disliked: elevator did not work. Rooms were not thoroughly cleaned upon arrival. Consistent feedback by staff to look for other locations of accommodations for our next event

Horrible stay

Liked: I only liked the location.
Disliked: The hotel smelled and the rooms were awful. The whole place needs to be shut down and renovated. Walls, carpets and doors were dirty. The carpets stunk. I had to go buy Lysol and downy carpet spray to help mask the smell of my room and the other rooms my family rented. This was the worst hotel I have ever started at. We moved the mattress and found dead roaches and the wooden bed frames were dirty and full of dust.
