Liked: We were there for a place to stay before & after my galbladder surgery. The staff there was amazing & made sure we had a handicap accessible room for my elderly mother & myself cuz the elevator was out of order
Disliked: On the second day, the elevator kept dinging all night. They were out of bananas in the breakfast area The little store in the lobby didn't have any antacids

Lacking and unsatisfactory

Liked: location to our work gathering made it most convenient
Disliked: elevator did not work. Rooms were not thoroughly cleaned upon arrival. Consistent feedback by staff to look for other locations of accommodations for our next event

Horrible stay

Liked: I only liked the location.
Disliked: The hotel smelled and the rooms were awful. The whole place needs to be shut down and renovated. Walls, carpets and doors were dirty. The carpets stunk. I had to go buy Lysol and downy carpet spray to help mask the smell of my room and the other rooms my family rented. This was the worst hotel I have ever started at. We moved the mattress and found dead roaches and the wooden bed frames were dirty and full of dust.

Liked: The front desk staff and the breakfast room staff member were very kind. Breakfast options were good.
Disliked: The elevator was out of service the entire stay and we were on the second floor of the hotel. The stairwell was filthy and never cleaned our entire stay. The air conditioning was out or not on Friday or Saturday morning making the hallway very warm. We had to ask each evening for wash cloths as our room was not supplied with this item to use in the shower.

Liked: Horrible and was in a room with no phone holes in the wall stains on towels and short of them blow dryer was off wall hanging elevator doesn't work at all pool is destroyed and no hot tub and no ice machine and worst of all the computers were down in guest computer room in lobby roaches in breakfast area crawled on my face I am unhappy and disputing this is wrong ...

Pleasant but could have been...

Liked: The breakfast was good and room had lost of room that we needed
Disliked: Their elevators had been broken for a week and we had to walk to the third floor as that was the only rooms available It was hard with all of our stuff and my mother with severe arthritis. Large room and only had two towels we had to ask for extras.
