not what I expected

Liked: close to highway
Disliked: wasn't very clean shower could use a good cleaning floors could use a good cleaning, breakfast was terrible wasn't worth the money to stay here had to switch rooms the 1st room the head of bed was going down hill and the smell was terrible

Disliked: The room smelled musty and the ceiling was stained. There were stains on the sheets of one of the beds. I felt like this place cat fished me.

Liked: The front desk lady was very nice and did her best
Disliked: Location terrible, the hotel smelt bad and unclean and it smelled like people were smoking. I paid over $350 per night which was outrageous for this type of hotel but it was because there was a big football game in Knoxville and the hotels take advantage of that. Had to $25 extra for checking in before 4 o’clock.
