Liked: Night desk agent, Maddie, was exceptional. Bed comfortable. Curtains dark enough to block out light. Heat worked well. Had nice view of mountains and could see my vehicle & remote start it.Close to I-75.
Disliked: *Noisy housekeepers starting @8:30 am. I complained on Day 2 during my week stay but it didn't improve.*Had to move from Rm 304 to 311 after half unpacked cause the fridge didn't work.*Room 311's deadbolt does not work.*Breakfast eggs and sausage did not look appealing enough to eat.

Liked: Hostess staff good. Beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: Room was not serviced day before we left as requested.Shower needs to be redesigned as water gets out of shower even with curtain inside it.Hallway on second floor was dirty both on the walls and the carpet. The appearance “appeared” to be I cleaned for quite sometime—not just from a week or two. Walls should be washed regularly or even be repainted. Carpet was stained as well as unclean.Room was ok except for not being serviced as requested (we followed instructions and asked for room service the evening before).Finally, breakfast items needs to be improved as well as tine extended for maybe another hour.
