Service was great. Clean and neat and very well kept facility. Breakfast was very good and plenty of it. These folks should be proud of their staff and their facility.

Liked: The front desk lady was so nice and helped me rectify a booking error
Disliked: I will never use Booking.com again. This is the second issue. A wrong credit card expiration was entered. Me and the hotel staff tried to get it rectified quickly to no avail. I had to travel for a funeral and a family member used Booking.com to book my room. None of your customer service agents could help me. I was advised that I had to update the error. I could not reach my family member on how to use your website. And your customer agent hung up on me. It took me hours just to check in.
